So for the past couple of weeks I have been trying to eat consciously more healthily, for the past week I have been noting in my LJ exactly what I have eaten and to be honest I need some ideas...in the main I am eating Tuna Salad with low cal coleslaw every day for lunch...its nice but I'm getting bored...any non meat/cheese alternatives out there?
Whilst I don't appear to have shed a single pound in weight (cries) I do feel pretty healthy and up til yesterday had the clearest skin I've had in ages, but today I have a huge zit on my chin as I am goin out tonight so its the rule right? grrrrr! ;)
How is everyone else doin??

ah that i did not know, i had two today with cheese spread and roast veggies for lunch. no wonder i don't need my salad. roasted or grilled field mushrooms?in something low cal? they are very filling.

true but a mini pitta is something like 60 cals or less, and I only need one of those filled with some of my tuna salad to bulk me out! fink soup is gonna be my best option! :)
