So for the past couple of weeks I have been trying to eat consciously more healthily, for the past week I have been noting in my LJ exactly what I have eaten and to be honest I need some ideas...in the main I am eating Tuna Salad with low cal coleslaw every day for lunch...its nice but I'm getting bored...any non meat/cheese alternatives out there?
Whilst I don't appear to have shed a single pound in weight (cries) I do feel pretty healthy and up til yesterday had the clearest skin I've had in ages, but today I have a huge zit on my chin as I am goin out tonight so its the rule right? grrrrr! ;)
How is everyone else doin??

You can wrap the beans, veggies and a little cheese in large lettuce leaves rather than those fattening tortilla's. I throw a splash of low cal salad dressing on the contents if it seems a bit dry, then roll the thing up and enjoy. Also remember to drink buckets of water, it fills the corners when you may feel hungry.
